1. I Hereby publically and officially dismiss illustrus Oppius Flaccus Severus as Legatus Regionis America Boreoccidentalis Maior. I thank former legatus Oppius Flaccus Severus most sincerely for his service to the provincia. I wish both Oppius and his wife all health and happiness and sincerely hope that they will both consider remaining as cives NovaRomani, for they will indeed be missed!
