- Recognising the need for improved communications between the cives Provinciam and in
recognition of her broad participation in Nova Roma, I hereby appoint Iusta Sempronia Iustina
Scriba Provinciam America Boreoccidentalis.
- This edictum becomes effective immediately.
Given under my hand ante diem IV Kal. Apriles MMDCCLVIII A.V.C. in the consulship
of Franciscus Apulus Caesar and Gaius Popillius Laenas.
